A score or diagnostic observation is not a business valuation, sale-readiness certificate, due-diligence conclusion, buyer recommendation or guarantee of a transaction.
Regulated advice
TEMRIK does not use the assessment to provide personalised tax, legal, migration, financial-product, investment, banking, property, company-structure or asset-protection advice.
Qualified professionals
Where regulated or specialist questions arise, appropriately qualified professionals must advise under their own engagement terms and remain responsible for that advice.
No guaranteed outcome
TEMRIK does not guarantee a buyer, sale price, funding, visa, residence, citizenship, tax result, bank account, investment return or completion date.
Professional coordination
TEMRIK may organise facts, decisions, evidence and approved tasks. It must not alter, issue or submit a professional conclusion without proper authority.
Assessment limits
Assessment results rely on self-reported answers and may change after evidence review. A high score is not independent verification; a low score is not professional disqualification.
Privacy and consent
Only information necessary for the selected service should be collected. Marketing and optional advertising tracking require their own choices and must not be conditions of receiving an on-screen result.
